Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences with a therapist who is attuned to your goals and needs. Sessions are collaborative and person-centered; whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply wanting to better understand yourself. Therapy can help you develop insight, build coping skills, and shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.

Sessions are generally 50 minutes.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain heal from distressing memories and trauma. Instead of talking about an experience over and over, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain process and release what has been “stuck.” Clients often notice that memories feel less intense, emotions feel more regulated, and triggers lose their power. EMDR is collaborative, paced with care, and can create significant change in how you think, feel, and show up in your life. It is a gentle, structured method that helps you move forward - without reliving the past.

Couples & Family Therapy

Couples and family counseling provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen connection, and work through patterns that may be creating distance or conflict. Whether you’re navigating a specific life transition, feeling stuck in recurring patterns, or simply wanting to deepen trust and understanding, therapy can guide you toward healthier interactions. Sessions are collaborative and skills-focused - helping each person feel heard, valued, and understood. Together, we work to repair disconnection, build resilience, and create more satisfying, balanced relationships.

Support Groups

Our support groups offer a safe, confidential space to connect with others who are navigating similar challenges. In group sessions, you are not alone - members share experiences, learn new coping skills, and support one another in a guided, therapeutic environment.

Groups are facilitated by a licensed mental health counselor and can be a powerful addition to individual therapy, or a meaningful therapeutic option on their own. Together, we explore new perspectives, build community, and create room for growth and healing.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with the support, structure, and integration of psychotherapy. Ketamine can temporarily shift consciousness in a way that allows clients to access deeper insight, reduce emotional defensiveness, and connect with parts of themselves that are often harder to reach in traditional talk therapy. With thoughtful preparation, guided dosing sessions, and intentional integration afterward, KAP can support relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. This treatment is always facilitated in a safe, trauma-informed environment, with medical and therapeutic support to help you process your experience, make meaning from it, and translate insight into lasting change.
